Guangzhou Panyu Communication Pipeline Construction Investment Co., Ltd. is currently working on the 110 kV Guanqiao Power Transmission and Power Ditch Project. The project is now open for construction general contracting bids, and contractors are being selected.
I. Project Name: General Contracting for the 110-kV Guanqiao Power Transmission and Power Ditch Project
IV. Project Overview: The 110-kV Guanqiao Power Transmission and Power Ditch Project aims to renovate two 110-kV cable routes starting from the west side of the 110-kV Guanqiao Substation, running southward to Point A2 on Guokang Avenue. From there, the route continues across Guokang Avenue to Point A3, following the southern side of Guokang Avenue and the western auxiliary lane, heading northward to Point A12 on Lotus Road. The buried pipeline (including jacking pipes and cable trenches) crosses Lotus Road to Point A15 and continues northward to a new cable terminal tower located on the northern side of the Guanqiao Gas Station. The total length of the project is 1.37 km, which includes 756 meters of new cable trenches, 124 meters of 4C pipes, and 489 meters of 110kV pipe jacks. Additional works include breaking 2100 square meters of cement pavement, repairing 2100 cubic meters of pavement, constructing 3 new cable connector wells, 6 cable accessory wells, 12 top tube wells, 6 ground network cables, 88 cable nameplates, 6 sets of cable signposts, 5 warning tapes, and 4 warning signs. All details are based on the drawings, bill of quantities, and related technical documents.
V. Tender Segment Division, Bidding Content, Scale, and Control Price for Each Segment:

(2) Bidding Content: The contractor will be responsible for all construction activities as outlined in the tender documents, project quantity list, bid and answer documents, complete set of construction drawings, design instructions, and supplementary explanations provided by the tendering entity. The contractor must follow the requirements of the tendering unit, adapt to site conditions, and cooperate with road construction arrangements. They will also be responsible for coordinating the power pipeline trenching work and managing cross-construction involving newly installed cables and optical cables. All risks associated with the tender process shall be borne by the contractor. Specific content is based on drawings, bill of quantities, and related materials.
(3) Tender Scale: The 110-kV Guanqiao Power Transmission and Power Ditch Project involves the renewal of two 110-kV cable routes starting from the west side of the Guanqiao Substation, extending southward to Point A2 on Guokang Avenue, crossing the avenue to Point A3, then proceeding along the southern side of Guokang Avenue and the western auxiliary lane to Point A12 on Lotus Road. The pipeline crosses Lotus Road to Point A15 and extends northward to a new cable terminal tower on the northern side of the Guanqiao Gas Station. The total line length is 1.37 km, including 756 meters of new cable trenches, 124 meters of 4C pipes, and 489 meters of 110kV pipe jacks.
