Abstract : With the high integration of information technology and industrial technology, the deep interweaving of communication networks, computer technology, automation technology and software systems has created a new value model. In the field of manufacturing, such resources, information, goods and people are interrelated. Forming a system of virtual and real, the German called it "Industry 4.0." The only way for the Internet to activate traditional industries and maintain the long-term competitiveness of the manufacturing industry: Compared with the previous three industrial revolutions, we believe that the biggest advancement of Industry 4.0 is to use the Internet to activate traditional industrial processes, so that factory equipment can “talk and think” while Achieve three major functions: minimize the dependence of the manufacturing industry on the labor force, minimize the circulation costs, and maximize the individualized needs of users.

In the long run, Industry 4.0 will invest far more than the general industry in smart factories, but the project's profitability will also increase significantly, and the greater the capital investment and the steeper the slope, the higher the marginal return of investment. No matter what kind of economy, Industry 4.0 will be the only way to avoid the development of manufacturing industry, and it is the biggest wave of the world's manufacturing industry in the future. We have always been focusing on the field of industrial control, and at the same time deeply felt the changes brought by this industrial intelligence to manufacturing and production. The Internet of Things has been continuously entering industrial manufacturing. In our cooperative enterprises, industrial production data is real-time. Acquisition (such as MES system) is typical, and in the industrial production information network, ZigBee deserves to be the protagonist.

The MES system is a production information management system for the execution layer of the manufacturing enterprise.
