LSG and Dixon Partner to Launch LED Bulbs for Less Than $15

[High-tech LED News] Recently, Lighting Science Group (LSG) teamed up with electronics manufacturer Dixon Technology to announce the launch of an LED bulb that sells for less than $15. The bulb is not only inexpensive, but also consumes nearly 80% less electricity than a 60W incandescent lamp, with a life of at least 8 years.

It is understood that this LED bulb will first appear in the Indian market at the end of this year. By 2012, it will be promoted globally.
