3. Bidding content: High-temperature hot water sales. Datang Shuangyashan Thermal Power Co., Ltd. has an annual output of about 420,000 tons of hot water at 80°C or above and an average monthly capacity of 35,000 tons. The specific content is based on the bidding documents.

4. Bidder's qualification conditions and qualification requirements:

4.1 The bidder is legally and financially independent and can operate legally. It has the status of legal person and the power to independently enter into contracts. The registered capital is RMB 2 million and above. Has the ability to carry hot water tanks (if it is required to provide vehicle purchase invoices for self-owned vehicles, if it is a foreign-owned vehicle, please provide transportation agreement);

4.2 The bidder has similar performance contract (if the newly registered company does not provide it within one year);

4.3 Two (or more) bidders whose legal representative is the same person shall not bid at the same time in the same contract package; the parent company, wholly-owned subsidiary and its holding company shall not submit bids in the same contract package at the same time.
