Differential Pressure Level Gauge Liquid Level Measurements Are Not Always Analyzed
There is a differential pressure level gauge on our factory stripping tower. The measurement value is often inaccurate. The level gauge cannot be calibrated. It can only be adjusted to the instrument according to the level of liquid that the eye sees. But after a while, the differential pressure level gauge has the same problem. What causes it? Now, we record the results of our analysis as follows:
If there is no problem with the differential pressure level gauge itself, it is usually caused by a pressure guiding pipe plug or a poor pressure guiding pipe.
Level measurement is not accurate for two reasons:
One is the fluctuation of the density of the slurry, introducing the conversion error.
The second is the drift of the differential pressure transducer, causing measurement errors.
If it is a membrane cassette type, it is a problem with the quality of the liquid level transmitter (the positive pressure side outlet is generally not blocked, depending on the medium)
There are many reasons for the poor detection of pipeline differential pressure level transmitters:
1, the level transmitter itself causes.
2. If the positive pressure side of the liquid level transmitter has a blockage or a positive pressure, there will be air bubbles in the pipeline.
3, liquid level transmitter negative pressure there is effusion in the pipeline, of course, there may be pipeline plugging but this situation is rare.
4, if the liquid level transmitter steam insulation to see if there is a problem with the insulation.
