MAX2644 can adjust IIP3 to change continuously, which is very attractive to allow the amplifier gain and noise to achieve optimization independent of linearity.

The MAX2644 is a low-noise amplifier with a gain of 15dB. Its variable IIP3 is up to + 4dBm, and the NF at 2.45GHz is 1.8dB. It has a 50Ω on-chip output matching, using a simple input matching topology to achieve the best noise figure. MAX2644 can be used in a variety of applications in the 2GHz to 2.5GHz band, including LEO satellite receivers, WCDMA mobile phone front-ends, and wireless LAN receivers. MAX2644 is available in a small SC-70 package.
