In March, on the basis of the revision and improvement of the "Regulations for Division," our organization solicited opinions from the basic telecom companies, the relevant departments of the ministries and agencies, the relevant departments of the State Council and the Informatization Department of the General Staff Department. In August, it solicited opinions from the public. All parties in the community have no disagreement on the revision of the "Regulations". Li Guobin said that the amendment involves a total of 535 places. Among them, there are 196 amendments to the footnotes and 339 amendments to the division table. In terms of footnote revisions, there are 190 amendments to international footnotes, including 135 amendments, 38 new articles, 12 articles annulled and 5 errata; 6 amendments to Chinese footnotes, of which 3 were revised and 3 new . In Li Guobin’s view, the “Division Regulations” published by regulations are the legal basis for dividing radio frequencies in China. They provide full, reasonable and effective use of radio spectrum resources to ensure the normal operation of radio services and prevent various radio services and radio stations.
