**Scope of Work:**
The 35kV switchgear includes: 3 fan circuit outlet cabinets, 1 main transformer inlet cabinet, 1 PT cabinet, 1 station transformer outlet cabinet, 1 SVG (Static Var Generator) outlet cabinet, 1 grounded transformer outlet cabinet, and 1 bus sectionalization isolation cabinet. In addition, 7 sets of 400V switchgear will be supplied, along with transportation and related services.

**Eligibility Criteria for Bidders:**
1. Must be a legally registered entity in the People's Republic of China with a valid business license.

3. Must have completed at least three similar projects (for 35kV and 400V switchgear separately) from January 1, 2014, to the bid submission deadline, with supporting documentation (contract pages, scope of supply, and signatures).
4. Must provide type test reports from authorized testing institutions for equipment of the same or higher specifications.
5. No consortium bids are accepted.
6. No agent bids are allowed.

- Bidders must not have breached contracts in the last three years or caused contract termination due to their own reasons.
- Bidders must not have been suspended, taken over, frozen, or declared bankrupt.

Half-cell solar modules have solar cells that are cut in half, which improves the solar module`s performance and durability. Traditional 60-cell and 72-cell solar panels will have 120 half-cut cells and 144 half-cut cells, respectively. When solar cells are halved, their current is also halved, so resistive losses are lowered and the solar cells can produce more power.
Smaller cells experience reduced mechanical stresses, reaching a decreased opportunity for cracking. Half cut cell PV modules have higher output ratings and are more reliable than conventional solar panels.
