2.3 Service Duration: The contract period for the property management service is one year, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and mutual agreement.

3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders

3.1 The tender requires bidders to be legally registered entities with independent legal person status. Additionally, they must hold a property management company qualification of at least Level III or higher, as certified by the relevant authorities. This ensures that only experienced and capable companies are eligible to participate in the bidding process.

4. Registration Period
