Spreadtrum's SC7731GCPU is a highly integrated digital chip supporting WCDMA/HSPA/HSPA+ and GSM/EDGE dual-mode modems with built-in ARM Cortex A7MP4 processor and ARM mali400MP4 3D picture accelerator. In addition, the SC7731G integrates BT and Wi-Fi to reduce BOM cost, and also integrates PMU, RTC circuit, audio DAC/ADC, Class-D PA and auxADC.
The SC7731G has dedicated architecture and algorithms for low-power ASIC design and power management as well as proprietary technology to handle noise calibration and cancellation.
