What is RCC?
RCC (2.45GHz) is a mobile payment technology with independent intellectual property rights in China. It adopts a dual channel mechanism of 2.4G RF channel and magnetic channel, which is mainly used to complete the near field payment function. In 2004, Shenzhen Enterprise National Technology began research on the technology, and in 2008 launched the first batch of 2.45GHz mobile payment products. The three major operators have successively formulated their own 2.45GHz mobile payment enterprise standards, and carried out a certain degree of practical application.
China Mobile, which has a large number of users, was a proponent of RCC technology, and issued a large-scale RCC-based mobile phone Shenzhen Tongka in Shenzhen. The card has been issued more than 1.5 million, all using RCC technology.
RCC technical standards are mature and only supported
Industry analysts believe that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology "regains" the independent research and development of RCC standards or has national information security considerations.

It is understood that RCC technology was the first to apply "World Expo" in Shanghai World Expo in 2010. Shenzhen Mobile Phone Shenzhen Pass launched in 2011 has 1.5 million users. Domestic cities such as Harbin, Qingdao, Baotou and Mianyang are learning from the Shenzhen model. Internationally, Azerbaijan, Indonesia and other countries have chosen this technology in promoting mobile wallets.
In fact, RCC technology is already expanding into the financial sector. At the beginning of September, the first RCC mobile payment card loaded with financial information in China was launched in Hainan.
However, the domestic standard RCC commercial environment support has yet to be matured.
