In recent years, LED has gradually replaced traditional fluorescent lighting due to its low power consumption and long life. Wu Mengqi Lab has developed a transparent conductive film capable of growing high coverage, high transmittance and low resistivity, and is applied to light-emitting diodes. Optoelectronic components such as photodetectors and transparent transistors allow manufacturers to design the brightness and bandwidth of components according to their needs, breaking through traditional restrictions and leading the international level.

Based on the characteristics of high electron mobility under a large electric field in the gap level, a "silicon substrate GaN transistor with high breakdown voltage and low leakage current" was developed.

Xu Shuohong's research can greatly improve the efficiency of wireless power supply technology, and can be applied to the power supply of high-efficiency cloud server. It is the key technology to improve the performance of the next generation power transmission system. This research not only receives international recognition but also publishes the paper in the international Journals, and technology has been transferred to well-known semiconductor manufacturers at home and abroad, for the school to fight for a considerable amount of royalties.
