2. Product description:

    Based on absorbing domestic and international advanced manufacturing skills, Shenzhen Rongdian Enterprise Co., Ltd has designed and developed a new product  GE 12KV Authorized High Voltage Switchgear, which is applied in three-phase electric power system of rated voltage 3-12KV, 50HZ and rated current 630-3150A. Power station use it to finish electricity transmission and substation of power electricity system. Industrial and mining enterprises use it to get and distribute power and realize the goal of control, protection and detection. It can be used to start high voltage electromoter frequently and meet demand of five-prevention chain. The switchgear can be matched VD4 vacuum Circuit Breaker of GE company and also can be matched domestic VIS vacuum circuit breaker. It is a kind power distribution equipment of superior performance, having those advantages of flexible combined solution, compact structure, safety reliability, convenient maintainance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance and so on. 

3. Main applications:

    The intermedium switchgear is applied in power distribution equipment of three phase alternative current 50Hz and rated voltage 12kV. It is used widely in cable ring net of processing industry and civil and power supply terminal. And it is specially applied in electricity system of small secondary distribution station, Sub-section post,industrial and mining enterprises,urban residential community,airport,railway,tunnel,high altitude building and so on and it is used as power received and distributed.

4. Performance features:

     GE 12KV Authorized High Voltage Switchgear, the cabinet is made by high quality aluminized zinc plate and is shaped by CNC machine processing, fixed by rivets, stable and strong structure; Each functional isolated room is separated and sealed mutually. The protection level of isolated room is IP20 and protection level of shell can reach to IP40. Switchgear is divided into bus line chamber, cable chamber, handcart chamber and instrumentation control chamber; The main breaker is equipped with domestic and international high quality vacuum breaker of VS1, VD4 and other type. It has complete five protection inter-locking, safe and convenient operation and complete display of first and second. It is equipped with comprehensive or separate original parts protection according to design. It can be connected with cable in normal bottom incoming and outcoming at the same time or in top incoming and outcoming according to design. It can be combined multi-functions cabinet of incoming line, measured PT contact, outcoming line and turning. The switch handcart is interchangeable and is checked and maintained more conveniently.
