According to an official at the Electronics Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology at the annual meeting of the Chinese semiconductor market on the 14th, the IC industry support policy will be intensively introduced in the near future.

Focus on the following:

1. Strengthen the long-term mechanism of coordination between the central government and local governments;

2. Solve the bottleneck problem of investment and financing that has long plagued China's integrated circuit industry;

3. Create an ecological environment that meets the laws of industrial development;

4. Improve the degree of openness. The demand of the LED industry is not affected by the overall economic situation and has steadily increased.

At the annual meeting of the Chinese semiconductor market on the 14th, officials of the Electronic Division of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said that the IC industry support policies will be intensively introduced in the near future, focusing on the following aspects: 1) Strengthening the long-term mechanism of coordination between the central government and local governments;

2) Resolve bottlenecks in investment and financing that have long plagued the development of China's integrated circuit industry; 3) Create an ecological environment that meets the laws of industrial development; 4) Strengthen opening up to the outside world and increase openness.

LED boom continues to rise. The revenue of Haoyuan Optoelectronics, Yiguang and Dongbei increased by 18.75%, 30.64% and 20.2% respectively in February. Taiwan's LED industry chain experienced a high level of economic prosperity in the first quarter. The inflection point was gradually clear. In February, the overall revenue was NT$7.789 billion, an increase of 29.41% over the same period of last year. The demand of the LED industry is not affected by the overall economic situation and has steadily increased.

Qualcomm will launch mid-to-low-end chips for China's 1,000-yuan 4G smartphones. Qualcomm has already prepared low-, mid-, and high-end 4G chip and board designs, and will quickly cooperate with Chinese customers in the next quarter to jointly welcome the rise of the RMB 4G smart phone market. China Mobile is expected to subsidize 4G smart phones with an amount of up to 50 billion yuan this year, and quickly expand the 4G market. The goal is to reach 4G users with 160 million yuan this year.

Toyota will launch the first CarPlay models in 2015. Apple recently announced the highly anticipated "Carplay Service" at the Geneva International Motor Show. Companies such as Ferrari, BMW, Ford, GM, Honda, Hyundai, Jaguar, Land Rover, Kia, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Peugeot Citroen, Subaru, Suzuki, and Toyota all appeared in the list of cooperating manufacturers announced by Apple. Among them, Toyota plans to launch the first Carplay service models in 2015.
